How can i install x64 distro to nano pc T4, to use the full potential of the device?

What do you mean? As far as I know the distros that FE has on their site are all 64bit. Otherwise I don't think they could be compiled for ARMv8 ARCH.

Armbian is always 64bit on 64bit capable devices.

Mean that Lubuntu is x64 but it has x32 repos, where to take x64 repos?

You can't install Linux for Intel x64 hardware. Full potential can only be achieved with arm64 (aarch64) distro.
