GMP on NanoPi-R4S with openwrt

I am trying to compile the strongswan(5.9.5) package on openwrt on NanoPi. During configuration i get an error message that GMP not found, inspite of installing gmp. Did anyone face this issue? Can anyone help how to go about this issue?
